Boyz to the Yard Milkshake NEIPA

Intense fresh hop aroma emphasizing fruity notes reminiscent of tropical and citrus fruit hop flavor. Very perceptible vanilla character. Soft mouthfeel and mild sweetness from the addition of lactose.

Brewed as a tribute to the three beers, which in 2008, turned Ontario on to modern IPAs. Elements from Muskoka’s Mad Tom, Great Lake’s Canuck (Formerly “Crazy Canuck”) and Bell’s Two Hearted were incorporated into this recipe. Only Centennial hops were used in the kettle, while Centennial, Citra and Lemondrop were used in dry hopping. Fresh peeled orange and soft pine needle on the nose. Tastes of grapefruit, orange pith and slight dankness. Slight caramel sweetness balances this hop forward West Coast IPA. Medium-Deep Orange hue and low haze.

Ready for Fall?! Us too. We’ve created Fall, in beer form. This delicious Apple Brown Ale comes in at 4.73% and tastes like a warm hug (seriously!). Notes of apple pie, pumpkin spice and all things Autumn.
Centurion Amber Ale

Clean finishing amber ale with slight dark malt notes. Notes of roasted malt, caramel and light rye on the nose. Flavors reminiscent of crystal malt sweetness with a noble hop spice finish.
Sex Panther Sweet Nitro Porter

A substantial, medium dark beer with a complex and flavorful roasted malt character. Roasted barley, chocolate and Special B malt contribute coffee, roasted nut and cocoa aroma with a toasted finish. The bitterness of dark chocolate is balanced with sweetness from the addition of lactose. The mouthfeel is an exquisitely soft, cascading slickness as Sex Panther is served exclusively on nitro in the taproom.

Kingsville Brewing Co. Hefeweizen

Cloudy golden wheat beer with bright white foam that brings up the aromas of ripe banana, bubble gum, a hint of clove, and a slight bit of honey, all these aromas inviting you in for a taste. The first sip is bready with notes of biscuit. The second sip brings out notes of banana and bubble gum. The overall beer has a mild impact, with bright tingly carbonation at first that dissipates quickly leaving a coating mouthfeel. It has a quick finish leaving a lingering bread and banana taste making your want to go back for more.
