Boyz to the Yard Milkshake NEIPA

Intense fresh hop aroma emphasizing fruity notes reminiscent of tropical and citrus fruit hop flavor. Very perceptible vanilla character. Soft mouthfeel and mild sweetness from the addition of lactose.

Flying V West Coast IPA

ABV: 6.75%

Brewed as a tribute to the three beers, which in 2008, turned Ontario on to modern IPAs. Elements from Muskoka’s Mad Tom, Great Lake’s Canuck (Formerly “Crazy Canuck”) and Bell’s Two Hearted were incorporated into this recipe. Only Centennial hops were used in the kettle, while Centennial, Citra and Lemondrop were used in dry hopping. Fresh peeled orange and soft pine needle on the nose. Tastes of grapefruit, orange pith and slight dankness. Slight caramel sweetness balances this hop forward West Coast IPA. Medium-Deep Orange hue and low haze.

Also known as a black lager. Very clean with some dark bread qualities. Clean finish. Low bitterness. Very light on the pallet for such a dark beer. Soft finish.

Peach Wheat

Bright and clean wheat beer, the perfect patio crusher! A punch of peach/orange juice at the start that settles into slight citrus pith bitterness with very light hop fruitiness.

Paw Paw Sour

Patio crusher or a thoughtful sipper. Goes down very easy under hot weather. Definitely worth examining to uncover a complex aroma and flavour profile. Tart reminiscent of quince, granny apple, almost a kombucha vibe. Slight custard/tropical fruit. A soft pastry bread vibe starts to emerge as the glass warms up. No perceivable hop bitterness.

Sex Panther Sweet Nitro Porter

A substantial, medium dark beer with a complex and flavorful roasted malt character. Roasted barley, chocolate and Special B malt contribute coffee, roasted nut and cocoa aroma with a toasted finish. The bitterness of dark chocolate is balanced with sweetness from the addition of lactose. The mouthfeel is an exquisitely soft, cascading slickness as Sex Panther is served exclusively on nitro in the taproom.
